Cancellation Policy

Domain Registrations: 
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to our support@domain8.com.au email or faxed to: 03 8678 3834 (International: +61 3 8678 3834). You must include the Domain Password with the cancellation request. The domain password can be accessed from the following URL: http://admin.auda.org.au/password_recovery/blank_recover_password.faces

You can also retrieve your DOMAIN PASSWORD from your account. Use the EPP Code button in the single domain management available.

Domain registrations have a 3 day Grace Period where a registrar can cancell a domain name and recieve a full refund from the .au registry. If a domain is cancelled during the registry Grace Period, a full refund for the domain registration fee will be issued.

Auctions: 
DOMAIN8 does not provide refunds on cancelled domain auctions bids. Our terms and conditions state that once domain auctions have been invoiced, payment for the domain must be made.
